Billing & subscription basics

  • Where to go: In Alvys, click your user menu in the bottom-left, then select Billing, or go to #/manage/billing.

  • What you can do there:

  • Review your current plan and charges.

  • View upcoming invoices and payment history.

  • Update your payment method (card or ACH, if available for your account).

  • Download invoices or receipts (where applicable).

Step by Step Instructions

Navigate to the Billing Page

In your Alvys application, click on your user in the bottom left corner and select Billing or go to the URL #/manage/billing

What you’ll see will differ based on whether your Stripe account has been connected or not.

Link a Stripe Account

  • Click the "Link Stripe" button.

  • A modal dialog will appear.

  • Use the search functionality within the modal to find and select the customer's Stripe account.

  • Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the linking process.

Unlink a Stripe Account

  • Click the "Unlink Stripe" button.

  • A confirmation dialog will appear, asking you to confirm the action.

  • Review the information and confirm to proceed with unlinking the Stripe account.

Observe Real-time Feedback

  • During the linking or unlinking operation, you will see improved loading states, indicating that the action is in progress.

  • After the operation is complete, the company profile data (specifically related to billing integration) will automatically refresh to reflect the changes.

Common questions

Why do I see a charge from Stripe?

Alvys uses Stripe to process subscription payments. Depending on your bank or card statement, charges may appear with Stripe in the descriptor.

Can I get a copy of my invoice or receipt?

You can find invoices and payment history on the Billing page. If you cannot access what you need, contact Support and include the company name and the date and amount of the charge.

What if my bank is not available for Instant Verification via Stripe?

If the linked account connection is not available for your institution, please fill out this Bank Draft (ACH) Authorization Form so we can securely enter your bank information in Stripe from our end. Our billing team will be reaching out to you to continue the verification process via macro deposit confirmation.
