  3. You will be prompted to enter your usual TAFS log in credentials, and select which subsidiary this integration will be enabled for.

Using the Integration

Once the setup is complete, go to your customers' profiles and click Resync. This step is necessary to populate the Factoring ID. Without the correct Factoring ID, invoices cannot be submitted.

💡 If the system cannot locate the Factoring ID on the first attempt, ensure that the MC Number field is filled out and that the Customer Name is entered correctly.

After resyncing the broker or customer profiles, you can proceed to submit your invoices via the Factoring Upload feature. Simply select the desired loads and click Submit Batch.

⚠️ TAFS also requires that all loads submitted for factoring have a truck assigned to them.

Once the batch is submitted, log in to the TAFS portal to approve each incoming invoice individually.

Purchase and Payment Status Sync

The system automatically performs a purchase and payment status sync once a day. This sync updates the status of all loads that have been financed through factoring or settled by the customer. You can also perform a manual sync by visiting the Factoring Report section.
