How to clear Error Transactions

Use 'Mark as Synced' to clean up your Error Transactions list. Manually clear resolved errors to focus on what matters.

Overview

We’ve introduced a “Mark as Synced” feature to help you quickly clear out resolved error transactions, so your list only shows what still needs attention. This gives you better control and keeps your workspace focused.

Quickly Clear Resolved Transactions

The new feature lets you mark transactions as synced once you know they’ve already been handled in your external accounting system.

How to use it

Follow these steps to keep your Error Transactions list tidy:

  1. Go to the Error Transactions page.

  2. Select the transactions you’d like to clear.

  3. Right-click to open the context menu and choose Mark as Synced.

  4. Confirm your choice in the prompt.

💡 You can multi-select transactions to save time when clearing several at once.


What Happens After

Once marked as synced, these transactions are removed from your visible list so you can focus only on what still needs action.

⚠️ In this first version, cleared transactions won’t show up anywhere in the interface.


Who Can Use This

The “Mark as Synced” option is available to anyone with access to the Error Transactions page, including:

  • Partner Admin

  • Admin

  • Biller

  • Support


FAQs

Q: What if I accidentally mark something as synced?

A: In this version, there’s no built-in way to revert that action. We recommend double-checking before confirming.

Q: Will I see which user cleared a transaction?

A: Not yet—but UI-level traceability and audit logs are planned for a future update.
