Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: What is the difference between "Trips Custom Report" and "Loads Custom Report"? A: The "Trips Custom Report" focuses on individual trip segments (e.g., a pickup leg or a delivery leg, especially if a load is split into multiple trips), providing granular details about each journey segment. The "Loads Custom Report" provides information about the entire load, consolidating data across all its associated trips.
Q: Can I save my custom report layouts or filter selections? A: This article focuses on generating ad-hoc reports. While you can customize columns and filters for each report generation, there is currently no direct "save layout" feature within Custom Reports for future re-use. You would need to re-apply your desired filters and column selections each time you generate the report.
