What is it?
The "Previous Trip & Last Location" information has been relocated from the Carrier Details section to the Stops section on the Load Details Page (LDP). This change enhances visibility and accessibility, allowing dispatchers to quickly reference the previous trip's location without navigating to another section.
Why is it important?
This update improves workflow efficiency by placing critical trip information in a more intuitive location within the LDP. Dispatchers will be able to easily see the last known location of the truck alongside the current trip details, reducing the time spent scrolling and searching for related information and ensuring a smoother dispatch process.
How is it used?
New Location:
The "Previous Trip & Last Location" details will be displayed in the Stops section instead of the Carrier Details section.
Actions Available:
No changes have been made to the existing functionality—users will experience the same behavior, just in a new, more accessible placement on the page.
