Collapsible Stops: Streamlining Your Load Details View
This feature allows you to customize your view, helping you focus on the most important information for each stop and improving the overall readability and efficiency of your trip management.
User Roles with Access: All users who have access to the Load Details Page and manage loads.
Summary: By default, all stop details on the Load Details Page are expanded. You can collapse individual stops to hide detailed information, showing only essential fields such as stop type, loading type, status, and location. You can then expand the stop again to reveal all details like appointment times, instructions, commodities, references, and notes, providing a cleaner and more focused view of your loads.
How to Use Collapsible Stops
Follow these steps to manage the visibility of your stop details on the Load Details Page:
Navigate to the Load Details Page:
Open any load in Alvys. This will take you to the Load Details Page (LDP).
Observe Default State:
By default, when the Load Details Page loads, all stop details will be fully expanded, showing all available information for each stop.
Collapse a Stop:
To hide the detailed information for a specific stop, locate the stop on the LDP.
Click the top are of the stop.
The stop will collapse, and only key details such as its stop type (e.g., Pickup, Delivery), loading type (e.g., Live, Drop & Hook), current status (e.g., Open, Arrived), and location will remain visible.
Expand a Stop:
To reveal all the detailed information for a collapsed stop, locate the stop.
Click the stop.
The stop will expand, displaying its full details, including appointment times, instructions, commodities, references, and notes.

Q: Does collapsing a stop hide any information permanently or delete it? A: No, collapsing a stop only changes its visual display on the page. It does not hide any information permanently, nor does it delete any data. All information is still part of the load and can be viewed again by simply expanding the stop.
Q: Does collapsing stops affect what drivers see in the mobile app? A: No, the collapsible stops feature is for your view within the Alvys web application (Load Details Page). It does not affect how drivers view their trip or stop details in the Driver Companion App.
