Click on the Asset Icon on the blue menu on the left side. Then, select Drivers from the drop down menu that appears.

Click New Driver to the upper right of the window.

Select the Contractor Type of the driver in the drop down menu. You can choose between a Company Driver, Contractor, or Owner Operator.

Click Next

Now, add the Driver's contact information – ****their Phone Number, Full Name, and Subsidiary they will be driving for. Then select Next.

Click the Google Address field and begin typing until the driver's address populates. Click Next to proceed.

Make sure the Autocomplete box is checked.

Then, enter the driver's license information. The Fuel Card Number is optional.

After adding in the license information, we can now select the Driver's CDL Endorsements by clicking on each category that applies to them.

Click the dropdown for rate types and select as necessary. Then, press Next.

Continue this process for steps 7 through 11. When finished cataloguing all of your required driver details you can select the blue + Create button on the bottom right of the window to create the driver.
