Creating a Load

Here’s how to create them:

  1. Click New Load under the dropdown menu under the loads section.

    2. Not every load makes money, select how this load should be categorized and hit 'Next'

    3. Select the representative office and agent.

    4. Fill out who the customer is on this load and the rate it will be billed. If this is a new customer, you can create them by clicking on "+ New" and filling out the required fields.

    5. The order number represents the customer reference number. Fill out the customer order details to proceed to stop details.

    The user will be notified in case a load with the same order number is found, this is made to prevent duplicated loads.

    6. Fill out the required stop location for pickup. When setting stop locations, Appointment Date and Company are the required fields. Company represents the pickup location.

    You can also select Customer to use the physical address of the customer assigned to this load.

    7. Click Add Stop when you're ready to input the delivery location

    8. Repeat the steps for assigning a pickup location, but now for the Delivery location.

    9. Click Add Stop to finalize adding the Delivery location.

    10. A green bar will appear at the bottom of the screen, indicating that you have successfully input all necessary load details. Click on the green bar to review the entered data.

    11. Click Create Load after reviewing all of the load details and ensuring they are correct.
