Teletrac Navman Director is a fleet management platform that provides vehicle tracking and driver hours of service monitoring. This integration allows Alvys to pull real-time location data and driver HOS information from Teletrac Navman, giving you visibility in dispatch planning and on the Asset Map.
To get started, you'll need API credentials from Teletrac Navman, then configure the integration in Alvys and map your assets and drivers.
Getting your Teletrac Navman credentials
Before you can connect Teletrac Navman to Alvys, you'll need to request API credentials from Teletrac Navman support.
Contact Teletrac Navman at [email protected] and request API credentials. Make sure to mention that the integration partner is Alvys.
They'll provide you with a Username and Password. Keep these credentials handy for the next step.
