🗣️ Roles: Admin, Partner Admin
Overview
After integrating with FourKites, Alvys will send location updates based on the schedule you have selected for each customer. This integration helps you maintain visibility with your trading partners by automatically sharing load information, location coordinates, delivery status, and delivery times.
What Data Gets Shared
The following information is sent to FourKites: Alvys Customer ID used by FourKites to identify which customer this load information is shared with, Load Order number submitted to FourKites as the billOfLading value, Load PO number submitted to FourKites as the loadIdentifier value, last known location coordinates and city/state/country, delivery status indicated as true or false, and delivery time from the empty time at the last location.
Set Up the Integration
You'll need to reach out to [email protected] and request basic authentication credentials from them. Once you have the credentials, navigate to EDI & Visibility in Alvys. You need an Admin or Partner Admin role to access this page.

Enter the credentials that were given to you by FourKites, select the subsidiaries it will be used with, and click Save.
